· Quicker Delivery Our Design-Build Team can reduce the overall design/construction time, which means the client can move into their facility sooner. Design, drawings and specifications are prepared “In-House”, no need to wait for outside consultants and coordinate their work. Bids and estimates are established through input from subcontractors and vendors as engineering drawings are finalized, no need to wait for a bidding period after final drawings. We can also offer “fast-track”, where construction actually begins before the architect’s work is completed.
